Balcarres
Bed and Breakfast has a total of three bedrooms:
one twin bedded, one double and one family room
suitable for three people. We welcome children
over the age of five years. Each bedroom has TV
and tea/coffee hospitality tray, and also its
own en suite facilites with shower . The rooms
are attractively decorated and very comfortable,
with full central heating and double glazing,
so that even if you are staying in the middle
of winter you can be sure of a warm room to come
back to when you return from the hills! |

Our dining room, where
guests have their own separate tables, is bright
and airy with wonderful loch views. We offer a full
Scottish cooked breakfast, or a continental option
if you prefer. Special dietary requirements such
as vegetarian or diabetic can be catered for, and
we also offer packed lunches if ordered the previous
night. |
| All of our
bedrooms are on the ground floor, although guests
should note that the dining room is up a flight
of stairs. There is a cozy guest lounge with TV
off the hallway, and a payphone close by. There
is a laundry room available for guests’ use
at a reasonable charge. We regret that we do not
allow pets, and the accommodation is strictly non
smoking. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards,
and also Switch and Delta cards. There is secure
storage for bikes. |

Bed and breakfast
rates are from £23 per person in low season,
rising to £30 in the main season (Easter,
July and August, and Christmas/New Year). The family
room costs from a total of £70 – exact
prices available on request.
